Trash

I deleted a message that I need to retrieve now. when I look in the trash
folder I have nothing in it. I changed the "delete upon exiting" option and
deleted one to see if it was in the trash and it wasn't. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.

If you're not using a PST, please post further information such as: your
Outlook version, your email environment (POP3, Exchange, etc.), and any
troubleshooting steps you may have already taken.
