Trasferring auto-complete cache to new PC?

Is it possible to transfer the auto-complete cache from one PC to another?
This is the most common complaint we have if we have to format a new PC for
someone & set up a fresh install of Windows, especially when it comes to
auto-completing email addresses in Outlook.
