Do you have a few sample records and how you would like them to look in the
final result? Generally this can be done with a union query followed by a
crosstab query.
I would simply like to use the current rows as the future columns.

This isn't a table, at least not recognizably one; it looks like a
word-wrapped segment of a document of some sort.
Please post a description of your table name, with its field names,
one field per row. It might help to have a description of the type of
data stored in each field.
