Transparencies , URGENT! Please!

I have made transparencies before, but most of the time the typed text is
bigger than the actual overhead projector light zone frame.

1st QUESTION:
How can I make Power Point Presentations to be printed on transparencies
with the exact size of the actual overhead projector light zone frame?

2nd QUESTION:
Is there a format for the size of transparencies so, I do not have to
measure the typing zone on each slide to be able to fit all the information
on the actual overhead projector light zone frame?

Go to the file menu and choose Page Set Up. Reduce the height and width
of the slides there. That should take care of it.

Also, make sure the scale to fit option box is unchecked in the print dialog
box.
