TransferSpreadsheet macro action is not available.

I am trying to build a macro that performs the action "TransferSpreadsheet"
and exports data from a query to a spreadsheet. In the past and with Access
2003 I have been able to do this with no problem. I am currently using Access
2007. This command is not available in my macro command drop down list. I
searched in Access help files and believe that it is an issue with the Trust
Center settings. I have set my Trust Center settings to enable all macros and
I still cannot use the TransferSpreadsheet command. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
