TransferSpreadsheet in macro not avaiable

I'm trying to enter the Transferspeadsheet action in a macro but the dropdown
does not contain the Transferspreadsheet. What is wrong?

THANK YOU KEN. i DIDN'T REALIZE THAT THERE IS A "SHOW ALL ACTIONS" BUTTON.
