Transferrng data from Outlook 2003 to 2002 and back to 2003

I use Outlook 2003 at work provided by my employer and Outlook 2002 at home.
My PDA is a Dell X-5 Axiom. I sync info from Outlook 2003 to my PDA and from
my PDA to 2003. Is there a way to transfer my data from my PDA to Outlook
2002 and back again, with the goal of keeping my 2003 and 2002 up to date via
my PDA?

OL2003 format data files are uncompatible/unreadable by earlier versions of
OL

You would need, in OL2003 to create a new data file in the old format, copy
all your data to that file, set it as the default.
However your employer may not allow or like that.
