I've recently purchased a new computer. I can't figure
out how to input the backup I made of my Outlook Contacts
into my new Outlook address book. I desperately need
Help!!! I need my info a.s.a.p.! Thank you in advance for
any help you can give me!

There is no Address Book in Outlook. All your data is in one file with a PST
extension. You simply need to configure Outlook to use the same data file
you were using before.
Post your Outlook version if you don't know how to do that.

Take a look at these pages for info on Outlook data backup:

Hi Karen,
You can "export" your contacts using a windows compatible format (.CSV).
Then you can import them on the new system.........
