Transferring info from old to new computer

Have been unable ot trqnsfer Outlook express inbox messages from old computer
to new computer.
Tried to copy whole Outlook express folder on old computer to CD and then
copy to c://Program Fies in new computer. Folder copied oK, but when I tried
to delete or change the name of Outlook express on new computer I get a
message that says the folder/file is in use and cannot be deleted or name
changed. I'm not aware of anything using thte folder.

I even disconnected my DSL line thinking it had something to do with the
Outlook Express program, even though the program had not been activated by
me. Still the same result.

Have also been unable to transfer the file; inbox.dbx from the old computer
,which I presume is the file that has the messages in it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Start/Programs/Accessories/SystemTools/File & Settings Transfer Wizard -

This will do it easily.
