You'd be best off reposting your question to a newsgroup related to either
Word or Excel.
When you do repost, it would likely help whoever's responding if you
indicate what versions of Word and Excel you're using, and possibly even
what operating system you're using. It would also be useful if you could
give an example of what it is you're trying to do.
