Transferring files

My old computer had Windows 98 and PFS Windows Works
Version 2. My new computer has Windows xp and Word
Perfect 10. My question is can I copy files out of
Windows Works to a floppy and then transfer them into
Word Perfect? Thanks for any information. Alma

WordPerfect 10 comes with a bunch of filters that lets it read
the formats of many different word processors. I'm not familar
with PFS Windows Works. Is that by any chance the same as
Professional Write, which I see that WordPerfect accepts?
