Transferring files from Outlook Express to Outlook?

Prior to installing Office, I used Outlook Express for e-mail? Now that I'm
using Outlook, how can I get the files (in-box, sent items, etc.) from
Outlook Express to Outlook?
 
From within OE choose File-> Export-> Messages...
