Transferring data from one Outlook to another Outlook

I recently changed to a different Administrator as the
original one was corrupted and need to transfer all the
addresses, etc. from the original Administrator's Outlook
to the new one. I tried to import or export but could not
find the right listings. Thank you for your assistance,
