Do you know how to transfer data over from 2 laptops, running Win95 to XP?

The zip drive doesn't want to talk with 95.

Am thinking serial and parallel ports and laplink at the moment. Options please!

Thanks in adv

Shouldn't be any problem. Is it a parallel port zip?

A parallel port laplink cable will be faster than a cross over serial
one. If you start then from the XP end, and use Network Connections -
Create a new connection - Advanced (bottom option) you can set up a
direct connection using a printer cable (as a guest - ie you will pull
things across from the XP). It will go on to offer to make an
installation floppy that you should be able to use on your Win95 machine
(as the host)
