Is there a way to back up my contacts from my office computer so as to
copy them to my home computer?

You can use the Import/Export menu on the File Menu and export to a variety
of formats, I find CSV (Windows) suits me the best but there is Excel or
Personal Folder File, be warned though that if you use a personal folder
file and the Office Outlook is 2003 and your Home computer is an earlier
version then this wont work.

I backed up the contacts folder. I tried to email it to myself with
the idea that I could download onto my home computer from email and
import it into my Outlook at home, but Outlook 2003 won't let me attach
the file. I keep getting a message that says "The operation failed".
Suggestions?

Ignore this. When I copied the .pst file to my desktop, I was able to
attached the file from the desktop.
