Transferring Contact and Emails from Outlook Express to Outlook 20

I am wondering if there is a way to transfer my emails and my contact list
from Outlook Express to my newly installed Outlook 2003. Specific
instructions or a website would be helpful. Thanks
 
1) In OE export mail to OL
2) In OL import mail settings & Address Book
 
Is there an easy way to move my Outlook data from my old computer to my new
one?
