transferring a program

Is there some way I can copy a program to a CD-R and be
assured that I also capture all the DLL's or whatever I
need to insure the copied program will work on another
computer. Is there some software program that might help
me in doing this? Thanks.
 
No way to do what you want. The program must be installed on the 2nd
computer from the install CD.

Yes. The original installation CD.
