transfering windows from one pc to another.

Hi, i have been running windows xp on my old pc for quite a while now and
have just got a new PC. The only problem is I can't seem to find the windows
xp disc amungst the other 1000 CD ROMs I have. I was wondering if there is
away of transfering windows xp from my old PC to my new one and if so is it
possible to do so and keep all my data and accounts?
