transfering the address's from Outlook memory over to the address

Is there anyway to transfer the address's in the memory of Outlook to the
address book? I've had to rebuild part of my system. In the process of
doing this, I lost my address's in my address book. However, when I start an
E-mail and place the first letter in the "To..." section of the E-mail, a
list of address's is displayed to choose from. Those are the ones I want to
import into my address book. Any help out there will be very much
appreciated.
