Transfering Program Files

I recently purchased a new computer. How can I transfer
my Excel program from my old computer to my new one?
 
You can't transfer it directly--you can run the Files And Settings Transfer
wizard to copy your personal files and program settings,but you will have to
install the programs on the new PC.
