Transfering Folders from old PC to new one

Hi

This is really fustrating. I am trying to transfer my Outlook Express
Folders (which contain my old emails) from my old PC to my new PC which I am
using Outlook Express again.
IE simple transfer from OE to OE using different computers.

This should be really easy surely? Or is it me? Input appreciated.
