I just installed a new drive and installed xp pro. I also installed my old
drive with a non bootable windows 2000 as a slave drive. I can access the old
drive but want to move the info onto new drive to then reformat old. Any
Ideas to the fastest and easiest way to do this

There's no 'fastest, easiest' way. Take your pick:

Explorer, cut/copy and paste.
Command prompt copy/xcopy.

Which is easier will depend on whether or not you're a command line type or
not.

Format, again take your pick:
Explorer, right click and select format.
Command prompt - format command.
diskmgmt.msc - right click and format
--or--
3rd party tool

Again, which is easier is a matter of what you're comfortable with.
