Transfering email to new computer Outlook 2003

I have used the files & settings transfer wizard numerous times with great success. But, I am attempting to transfer outlook data to new computer, where both are using Office 2003 and I can't get the email to transfer over. (or the contacts) Any suggestions appreciated
 
I am using the Files and Settings Transfer Wizard (located within Windows XP)
