I have and use 3 computers; one at home, one at work and
one for trips. I have Windows XP, Professional installed
as the OS, on each computer. I recently "downloaded"
(which took ~11 hours) Windows XP Service Pack 1a, and
stored the file on my desktop, of my "home based
computer." I repeatedly tried to copy this file, using a
CD-R/W; and received the following error message:
"E80041899: Write error - buffer underrun occurred -
[06/C5/00]" and
"E80041925: TrackWriter error -Command retry failed -
[T7118]."
Will someone give me advice on either:
A) A way to copy the Windows XP Service Pack 1a file to
a CD-R/W, for transfer to my other computers or
B) Another way to transfer Windows XP Service Pack 1a to
my other computers, without suffering through another 11
hour download?
Thanks,
