transfering desktop shortcuts

Hi,

would like to take my shortcuts and files that I have on
my Administrator account and transfer them to a limited
account login. Is there a way to do this and still have
all of you programs working?

you might try copy and paste.
copy and paste the files and shortcuts to the Shared Documents folder
(shared by all users).
log off. log into the limited user account.
copy and paste the files and shortcuts from the Shared Documents folder.
