Transfering/Copy my contacts in Microsoft outlook to My Yahoo Mail

I have a set of Contact Addresses on my Microsoft Outlook 2003. How do I
transfer or copy these contact addresses to my Yahoo Mail. I do not want to
retype these contacts again in my Yahoo?
