Transfere of address book

Before reformating hard drive I save Outlook address book on external drive.
now I want to import it into Outlook address book on the main internal drive.

How can it be done?

Hi Valentine! Thanks. I refered to Microsoft Outlook, where in Inbox under Address Book icon is a list of e-mail addresses. Your reply was very helpful, but I dont understand the remark that there is no Address book in Outlook.
 
That is simply a view of the electronic addresses that reside in your
Contacts Folder. It is a virtual address book that does not exist as a
separate data source.
