Transfer wizard

I have installed XP Home on another computer. I'd like to use the Files &
Settings Transfer Wizard to transfer info from my old unit.

My old computer has a dual boot, with XP on E:\ and 98 on C:\
Will this be a problem, seeing that I'm trying to transfer files and settings
from an E:\ drive to a new C:\ drive?
