Transfer to new User Account

Is there a way to import Internet account settings from an existing User
account to a new one? I have transferred the old outlook.pst file to the new
User account but the Internet E-Mail account settings were not included.
Outlook 2007 with Vista.

Accounts are stored in the registry, not the pst.
Transfer, not easily it would require registry editing, if that route is
possible
