If you are using Windows XP, short of reloading all the
individual programs for each individual user, you must
move all the shortcuts that you have under your name
folder as an administrator, and move them to the "all
users\desktop or "all users\start_menu\Programs"folders"

Login as an administrator and open windows explorer
go to "Documents and Settings " folder, open the folder
with your name, and copy all the programs shortcuts
from the desktop or start_menu folder that you want the
other users to use to the folders indicated above.
