transfer sent items to another Outlook Express on another pc

How can I transfer my personally sent messages, drafts, inbox, personal
folders, etc., from Outlook Express on one pc to Outlook Express (or
Microsoft Outlook) on another pc?

I can't do it via the internet as the original pc refuses to download or
upload from the internet, (possibly due to a virus - not sure why).
