file with Outlook. Don't use Export or Import.
How to transfer the file physically is up to your situation, if the
machines are connected to a network, you can copy them over the network.
Direct connection is another way, or via CD-ROM or DVD. If you burn to
DVD or CD-ROM, it is best to make a backup or ZIP file to preserve all
attributes.

And make sure that you shut down outlook on the first computer (and use Task
Manager to make ure the outlook.exe task is not running) before trying to
copy the file.
Oh, and most importantly, don't get rid of the old machine, or delete the
file, until you're sure it's copied to the new machine and the old mail has
been verified as being in the PST and you've moved them wherever you want =)
And make sure Outlook is closed ANY time you copy a PST.
