The help box says to use file as the start. The next instructions are either
not working as I am unable to highlight the pst file to open it OR the title
isn't available even as a greyed out selection. My personal files were copied
to a cd by an administrator and lumped as a pst file from the company outlook
program. I copied the file to my pc but can not get the outlook program to
see it. Microsoft help on line is worse to get to.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

Has the "Read Only" attribute been turned off on the .pst file after it was
copied onto the hard drive?
