Transfer paylist drom media player back to my MUSIC file

When I copied all my cd's into the xp program, both my
music file and the playlist in Media player were updated.

However by mistake, my file in windows were deleted. Now
I would like to transfer my music playlist back to My
music file in windows.
How do I go about it?
