Just copy it from wherever you saved it on you hard drive to your flash disk

Just plug it in and drag the file on to it! If you have sound / video in the
presentation then put these files and the presentation into a folder on the
hard drive and drag the folder onto the flash drive,

I'll add one caveat, some flash disks can't run a presentation from them and
in that case you will need to copy it to the users hard drive. I would test
the flash device before using it with a presentation.

Good Point, I just use them to move stuff from one machine to another
