Transfer messages from outlook express to new pc with outlook 07

Can anyone please advise me how to transfer messages from outlook express on
one PC, to my new PC running windows vista home premium and outlook 2007?

Before Windows Mail came along, the standard process was to move your data
from OE on the old PC to OE on the new PC, then export it from OE to Outlook.
See if you can do a similar move from OE to Windows Mail and then export
from Windows Mail to Outlook.

Mail and then export from Windows Mail to Outlook.

Alternatively, install OL 2007 on the old PS and export the messages from OE
to OL, then use OL to import the contacts and rules from OE. Then transfer
the PST to the other machine and use it in OL 2007 there.
