transfer message from OUTLOOK 5 to OUTLOOK 6

hello there,

I'm Marco.

I have a problem.
How can I do to transfer ALL MY MESSAGES from OUTLOOK EXPRESS 5 (on my
desktop) to OUTLOOK EXPRESS 6 (on my laptop) ?
I need to do it, but I can't do it!
Outlook express ask me to use MICROSOFT EXCHANGE or OUTLOOK.
Is there a way to do it easier?
