I have an old account and have just created a new account
in OL 2003. I would like to transfer all the mails,
account setting, and contacts to the new account. Does
anybody knows now to do that? Thanks a lot.

You mean a new profile? Connect to your old pst-file by File-> Open Outlook
Data File... To set is as your default delivery location (Outlook Today
folder set) go to Tools-> E-mail Accounts-> button Next

Your use of the term account is confusing.
Define what you mean.
Windows profile?
Outlook Profile?
Email account?
Something else?

Sorry for the confusion. I mean Outlook Profile.
