transfer mail from vista to outlook

is there a way for me to transfer my email files and folders from vista mail
to Outlook (not outlook express)? thanks
 
With Outlook installed on the Vista computer,
In Windows Mail, export to Microsoft Exchange format, it creates an
Outlook.pst file, located in
C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook\

open this .pst file with Outlook.
