transfer information from a site into excel

How can I take daily information on a website amd link it to an excel
worksheet ?
I want this to be instead of cutting and pasting !
 
One thing you can try is, in the body of the web site, right click and
download to excel. This creates a web query that you can modify.

After you get into excel>data>import external data>edit
