Transfer Files and settings

Does the Transfer files and setting transfer any system files
or drivers? I think it does just programs and settings.

Windows XP "Files and Settings Transfer Wizard" only
does what its name implies....transfers "files and settings".
Programs/applications/drivers must be reinstalled using their original
installation media.
