Transfer email settings/mail rules?

How do I transfer email settings and mail rules to a new computer so that I
don't have to manually enter them again? Thank you.
 
In my OL2002 (XP) rules menu there is an 'Options...' button that allows
import and export of rules from one version of OL to another.
