Transfer data between Access 2003 & 2007; Data does not show on formheader

Hi had 2 questions:
1)What is best way to transfer data entered into a MS Access 2003 data
using Access 2007?!
(User opened her Access 2003 database using Access 2007, then entered
her data.)

Should I open this database using Access 2007?!

Then save the database as Access 2003 as the production version of the
database is in Access2003?

Lastly, should I try to copy the data entered in the various
individual tables from one database to the production version of the
database?
(copy-->paste-->paste options: Amend Data to Existing Table)

Or is there a better way?

2)User adds data to a subform on the switchboard of an Access 2003
database.

The previously added data does not show on the form header of another
form that is on the switchboard of an Access 2003 database.

What did I do wrong?

Thanks,

Zufie

Opening an A03 database in A07 is a different thing than converting an A03
database to the new A07 file structure.

Is the database file in question a .mdb or .accdb file format? If .mdb, it's
still an Access 2003 database.

If it's converted to Access 2007 with the .accdb file format, then you could
save it as a .mdb or, if everyone has Office pro 2007, just leave it alone.
