transfer address book

I want to transfer the Outlook 2003 address book on my
desktop to Outlook 2003 on my laptop. How do I do this?
Thanks.
 
First, realize that Outlook does not use an address book. All Contact data
resides in your Contacts Folder. Copy that data to a new PST file, then open
that file on your laptop.
