Can I transfer details from windows address book to outlook 2007?

Does anyone know how I can transfer addresses from windows address book on X
P Home to Outlook 2007?

In Outlook, click File>Import and Export>Import Internet Mail and
Addresses>Next Select "Outlook Express 4.x, 5.x, 6.x", uncheck "Import
Mail" and "Import Rules" and click Next. Select the duplicate handling you
want and click FInish.
