Transfer a figure in a cell from worksheet to another

Hello all,

I would like to transfer a calculated figure in a cell on worksheet A to
worksheet B. I would like this done automaticaly maybe using macro or formula
etc.. can any one URGENTLY HELP please
 
Select the cell on worksheet B where you want the value.
Press the "=" key
mouse-click the tab of worksheet A and then the cell where the original
value is. Press ENTER

Ready?

What about transfering data a cell in a worksheet in workbook A to Work B
 
Same principle.
You can also type the formula:

=[WorkbookA]SheetA!A1
