Tranfering Files from one Computer to another

I want to transfer some files, large groups of MP3's, from my desktop to my
laptop. I think the easiest and quickest way is to connect the computers and
use the File Transfer Wizard in Windows XP. When I go to The File Transfer
Wizard it tells me to connect the computers via their serial ports. My new
Dell laptop does not have a serial port. My question is. Can I connect these
computers via a USB cable and then use the Transfer Wizard or is there
another way to transfer these filesr?

I have had that problem many times in the past....but...now I don't. I just
purchased a little device called "move it on over" it has two USB cables and
you just connect them to the two computers usb port and you automaticly get a
window on each computer that looks and works just like Win explorer and you
just drag and drop or copy and paste any amount of files from one to the
other. Go to www.moveitonover.com and take a look......I love it.
