Training Video

i would like to develop a training video for an access application I have
developed. It would include about a 3 minute video introduction and about 30
minutes of screen capture with audio instructions.

I saw two products called "LEAD Capture and Present" and "Quick Screen
Recorder" on the internet. Is there any product that dominates in this type
of work, or would anybody have any recommendations?

I have to echo Jeff Conrad's recommendation. I have used Camtasia to create
videos for Access training as well as training for web applications. It is
quick to learn and has the added benefit of being able to output in multiple
formats, including Flash, which is the one I use because it works on any
platform and can use practically any browser.
