Training Suggestions?

Hi Everyone

I am running a training session for my company on Outlook (XP) next week,
for the company I work for.

There will be about 35 people at the training session, most of whom can send
or recieve an email but that's about it.

Does anyone have any suggestions for what things I could cover? I have about
half an hour, and there's so much I just don't know where to start.

Half an hour!? Then I would leave it with some do's and don'ts and some
tricks. Think about message formats, large attachments and cleaning up the
mailbox instead of just archiving every single piece of e-mail.
