Traferring Windows

Hi,

I have a system that is for now booting from a SCSI HDD, and I would like to
move the entire drive C to a bigger IDE drive, and I would like to know if by
using something like Partition Magic, or Drive Image, without having to
re-install Windows

Thank you in Advance

Merci a l'Avance

Drive Image 2002, Partition Magic 8 and Norton Ghost all allow us to "clone"
the Windows XP drive to another drive. Just make sure that the SCSI/IDE
drivers are correctly loaded onto the boot disk, Then, after the "cloning"
process is completed, disconnect the "old" C: drive and configure the PC to
boot from the new drive.

If you do not remove the old C: drive, the XP will not boot correctly.

BTW: Most hard drive manufacturer provides a "disk cloning" utility free
(included inside retail hard drive kits and downloadable from their web
site).
